PostDoc Position in ALD of multilayer films

A postdoc  position is available at Swiss Federal Laboratoires for Materials Science and Technology (EMPA), Switzerland.

Task:

• Conduct ALD of multilayer films
• Characterize the samples and ALD growth
• Publishing in high impact journals

Profile:

• Doctoral degree in physics, chemistry or material sciences
• Modelling background (MATLAB/COMSOL)
• Hands on background in metalorganic chemistry, thin film deposition, characterization technique
